February 18, 2010	7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.	The 2010 annual meeting of the members will be held in the community rooms of the Otter Tail Power Company Fergus Falls Division Office. There will be door prizes and refreshments served after the business meeting. All members are encouraged to attend and participate.

CHANGE IN MINIMUM PRIMARY SHARE BALANCE!!!!!

When you joined the credit union, way back when, you deposited $5.00 in what we call the Primary Share Account. That $5.00 had to remain there in order for you to remain a member. That $5.00 has now been increased to $25.00. By October 30, 2009 you need to increase your Primary Share account to $25.00 or you will no longer be a member of the credit union. If you are no longer a member it means that you are no longer allowed to use the other services of the credit union. That would include loans, checking/share draft accounts, certificates of deposit, IRA's, etc. On January 31st we will start service charging Primary Share accounts with less than $25.00. The service charge will be $5.00 a month until the account reaches a $0.00 balance ( We will not service charge the account into a negative balance).
